Praise feels good. Critical feedback makes you better.
Most businesses say they want honest feedback. Few make it easy to give, and fewer still do anything visible with it when they get it.
We wanted to change that — and do something useful with it at the same time.
So we are rebooting a more community focused feedback programme – from March Onwards – no more boring “per ticket” surveys 🥳!
How It Works
Every month, clients who had one or more support tickets resolved receive a simple, non-invasive, once per month one-click survey. They rate their experience overall, and we donate $1 to the Waikato Rescue Helicopter Trust. Add a few words and that becomes $3.
No lengthy forms. Sixty seconds. And we pay it forward to a local charity that runs entirely on donations.
Why the Rescue Helicopter?
They show up for strangers at the worst moments of their lives, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Waikato Rescue Helicopter is exactly the type of community service we want to be part of supporting.
Why We Do It
The honest answer: we need the feedback. It keeps us accountable and it makes us better as people and as a business. Tying a donation to every response felt like the right way to acknowledge that our clients are giving us something valuable when they take that moment.
The scores don’t lie. If they slip, we have to earn them back.
